Embodied Confidence is a 6-week guided workbook for people who are tired of:
rehearsing texts before sending them,
overexplaining themselves,
second-guessing every decision,
and feeling emotionally exhausted from constantly trying to “get it right.”
Instead of forcing fake confidence and trying to 'fake it 'til you make it', this workbook helps you build self-trust slowly, gently, and sustainably.

This workbook was thoughtfully designed to help rebuild confidence slowly, gently, and intentionally. Each week builds upon the next through guided reflection, nervous system awareness, embodiment practices, and repetition that helps self-trust feel more natural over time. We’re breaking out of the cycle of performing confidence while secretly feeling disconnected, emotionally exhausted, or like a fraud underneath it all. Instead, we’re learning how to embody confidence in a way that feels safe, honest, and sustainable.

My work lives at the intersection of neuroscience, somatic therapy, integration, and lived experience.
I didn't come to nervous system work from theory alone.
I came here through trauma, burnout, healing, and years of unlearning what I was taught about strength and worth.
For over a decade, I've supported individuals, leaders, and creatives in understanding how their nervous system shapes their choices, capacity, and resilience.
My approach is practical, compassionate, and grounded in real bodies living real lives.
Lasting change doesn't come from pushing harder or talking yourself out of what you feel. It comes from understanding what's happening beneath the surface and working with your nervous system, not against it.
If you're struggling in any area of your life, it makes sense. Your responses are shaped by real experiences, and there are supportive ways to begin moving forward.
Healing happens when understanding replaces shame.
